I made initial contact out of office hours and wasn’t expecting an immediate response.  However, James responded practically by return.  Unfortunately,  I was outside their catchment area but James was able to recommend someone who could help.  He even followed up on the recommendation to make sure that initial contact had been made with his suggested alternative.  Whilst, on this occasion, James was unable to actually carry out the repair, from the level of service received during the enquiry stage, I have no doubt that the standard of the work carried out would have been to a similarly high standard.
